Snoop Blog in a Blography Lesson...

It's Wednesday - middle of the week which means we are drawing nearer to the weekend.  This Sunday is mother's day I think; so to all the mums out there; we appreciate you.  Apparently quite an important cricket match took place today ;)  India beat Pakistan to reach the final of the Cricket World Cup.  I am not at all interested in cricket, but many people have been talking about it today so it deserved a mention.  Yesterday's football match (England vs Ghana) ended up as a 1-1 draw.  Andy Carroll scored a good goal though and England were unfortunate not to win as they conceded very late on in the match.  Some members of the crowd were caught shinning a laser in the faces of some of the England team.  That's out of order.  If you want to get their attention, get a woman to flash her baps.  (Not to be taken literally, of course)  That's enough on sport for now.  

In my blog I try to cover a wide range of things and today I was thinking about companies that have connotations with genitalia.  For example "Siemens" and "Smeg" (the firm that makes those snazzy fridges).  Then we have firms that are named after foods; like "Apple" and "Curry's."  They are clearly appealing to a broad market anyway.  My new bank card came today and I decided to join with Santander.  The main reason was that they could be bothered to remain open on Saturday's in Gerrards Cross.  Customer convenience was the factor really.  People have told me that all the banks are as bad as each other.  For me (a student in full time education) it doesn't really matter though.  I should mention the shocking "active" protests in London last weekend.  It was actually bad because they smashed buildings like banks including Santander on Oxford Street, I think.  I think that this is futile because the government will not change their implementations because of that.  They will consider it yobbish.  I thought of this blog during a Geography lesson which is an option I don't really like.  Come to think of it, all my chosen options bar French are not good.  What would Snoop Dog say in a Geography lesson?  "WTF is dis shit?" perhaps.

Shout out to Ellie Ward and Aaron Gomez.  Together they are "Bantersaurusrex!"  Apparently they both have an eye on other members of the year ;)  I will not mention any more on the subject.  You two are both amusing people and will have good lives.

Do you ever feel, like a plastic bag?

I don't.  I don't know where Katy Perry got that lyric from but it's quite amusing I suppose.  I am not a great fan of hers, but have you seen the album artwork where she is naked?  As the working week begins again there are some positive aspects to appreciate, such as the nice weather we have had since last Wednesday.  People have asked me to do a blog, but I don't have too much to say.  Anyway, as time and life moves on, I am increasingly thinking about my future and what I will do with my life.  I wish to become a dentist one day; but that entails a 5 year course at University, then a following two years "on the job" training.  It's a good profession though where I won't be short of wonga I hope.  

In news, it looks like the Libyan tide has taken a turn.  Gadaffi looks to be getting weaker as bomber planes from the UK and USA have destroyed some of his key forts and strongholds.  Another unfortunate and somewhat disturbing story is the murder of that Sian O'Callaghan.  The news has a tendency to bring up the "Baby Peter" situation from time to time which was awful.  The nuclear leak in Japan is a worrying prospect for them too.  I don't want to upset everyone now - so congratulations to England for beating Wales 2-0.  There is some life in that team after all.  Still, is beating Wales really a great achievement?  An exciting young Brazilian player "Neymar" performed well for his country against Scotland.  He scored both goals, and I can foresee him being a transfer target in the future, like Jata.

In my subjects (this may bore you a little, I'm sorry) I am doing OK.  However this history coursework I have about the Bolshevik revolution and Lenin and Trotsky is proving to be quite difficult.  Usually, I would say history is a strong subject for me but I am not sure about this coursework.  All my other subjects are fine and I feel that I am progressing well in Maths.  As the time gets closer to the exams I am beginning to think I really ought to have a revision schedule in order.  After them though, I am planning to seek employment for the summer.  This is a bit off topic, but in Rihanna's single S and M - is she referring to sex all the way through it?  I don't particularly like it, but her lyrics must be referring to something ;)  

Shout out to Brendan Carroll - you are extremely cool and self-assured.  You are a G.  I am sure you will become a weatherman one day, like you hope.

Call Of Duty: Blog Ops...

Do you know what everyone?  It's Friday!  Don't worry now, I won't bang on about Rebecca Black to much.  Her recent rise to semi-stardom has surprised me a little though.  How can such a poor song create so much interest?  Maybe it's so bad; it's good.  For me, Friday nights are quite nice.  You have the awareness of the weekend ahead of you and are relaxed and reassured that there is no school the following day.  The weather we have had in the last few days has been wonderful.  School is going quite well at the moment, and unfortunately there are no amusing tales for me to share with you.

What do you think of the Call of Duty game franchise?  I like it, but not overly so.  Some men are obsessed with it.  They enjoy the prospect of blowing the crap out of everything and killing zombies.  It will turn you into a zombie!  The game is apparently quite addicting, but I don't find it addicting as I never play it.  Instead, my call of duty has been to blog to you all.  In world news, there are protests spreading in Syrian cities.  The unrest in certain countries is worrying.  Some even think a future war may occur.  Don't worry lads, if your conscripted to the army, you'll have plenty of experience from COD ;)  In national news; families are still feeling squeezed after the recent budget.  That's not really very interesting though, I'm sorry.

What is more interesting is Abbey Clancy's latest photo-shoot.  She may well be a scouse WAG, but she does look good.  You may prefer more colloquial terms to describe her such as "peng" or "buff."  It may be a stereotypical generalisation, but are WAG's quite dim?  They do know how to pose in front of a camera though.  On TV, we have had the "young female exploitation" storyline running in both EastEnders and Waterloo Road.  I feel Waterloo Road portrayed their perpetrator more effectively (Hodge) though.  These taboo-tackling storylines are meant to raise awareness of what some women/men go through.  Sad really.

To end on a brighter note; the weekend is here so have a good one people.  I will briefly shout out Sean Kelly and Stevo - happy birthday Steve.  Both of you will have a cool life and maybe "fly like a G6."

Reservoir Blogs...

I will start by mentioning about how lovely today's weather was.  I hope the man upstairs acknowledges all of our appreciation when the sun comes out.  Perhaps today was the warmest we have had this year - this does bode well for the summer.  We have had ice-cream weather today really.  Some women thought it necessary to go out in what looks like bras and knickers! - it isn't that hot, but I'm not complaining.  Anyway, enough about the weather.  In the main news today was George Osbourne's budget announcement.  Apparently he is doing his best to help with the fuel price situation.  However this Tory government has brought savage cuts to an already struggling economy.  The size of the deficit isn't worth thinking about - it's just so much.   Why did Labour borrow so much that they couldn't pay it back?  Now the working classes and middle classes are suffering as a result of sloppy spending.

Now to my shout outs.  Daniel Payne is one of the central characters of the year.  He is tall, athletic, extremely intelligent and he is assured success in the future.  Perhaps he will be a rapper in the future and have a similar career to Professor Green.  Money will be busting out of his wallet then.  James Patterson is another marvellously smart young man.  With any hope, he will be as successful as the author James Patterson and earn millions.  He may develop a sizeable fan-base as a result.  Jata's goal today deserves a mention.  I hope Arsene Wenger brought along his scouts.  Rumour has it that a transfer might be on the cards in the region of 3 million wonga.  Luke Holmes also asked for  a mention.  He played fine football for his team today and made sure his team were victorious when possible.  I think that's all from requests, but if I left you out, I am sorry.  Oh yeah, the title of today's blog post was Peter Cummins' idea.

I hope the remainder of this week goes swiftly because I am, like most of you, quite tired.  The England football team have a match a against Wales on Saturday.  This brings me on to Gareth Bale - who I think will be one the best players in Europe soon.  He will boost the Wales team.  England "should" win, but as we know, most of the time they don't perform to expectations.  Gigsy is a credit to the Wales team as well.  John Terry has returned as the England skipper after he was denied the role months ago due to his brain being in his pants.  Honestly - what goes on in some footballers minds.  Especially Ashley Cole.  Jata will be more sensible I hope.

Blog, Marry or Avoid?

Today I have been inundated with people asking me to mention them in today's blog post.  I will begin with Christo aka "Jata" who probably will develop a professional sporting career and will be an idolised sportsman - like Wayne Rooney.  Angelo Costa is quite possibly the most popular person in the year.  He exudes coolness everywhere he steps.  Next is the school's comedian - D'angelo who needs no introduction.  Joshua Sauer will probably go on the achieve 10 A*'s at GCSE because of his admirable intelligence and large brain.  Louis "CK" Jones for the win - will he be a conversation killer or be like Calvin Klein and make a very profitable and lucrative business?  Daniel Manning will be the world's next biggest film producer.  I can see him now on a par with Peter Jackson.  His film may be: "the life and times of Manning."  (Peter put me up to this one)  Pads Elliot-Walker - notorious for his piano playing skills will probably launch a musical career challenging Stevie Wonder's.  If I have left you out, I am sorry, there is only so much I can remember.  I should also wish Conor Irwin and Tom Sables a happy birthday as it only occurs once a year.  Will they have sweet sixteen's?

Slum Blog Millionaire...

I have been requested to "shout out" some members of my year group on this blog.  Now people, you understand that this won't make you famous, right?  Anyway: Josh Wiliamson, Adrian Aungon, Peter Cummins, Ollie (Olz) Brookling and Luke Holmes - the spotlights on you.  Congratulations to the first eleven football team (of which Luke Holmes contributed) for your recent victory.  Adrian - I am sure will have great success in your GCSE's and A-levels because you are intelligent, Josh - you will probably get have great success in the future in a well paid job.  I can see you driving a convertible one day.  Peter, at 6 feet 3-4 inches high stands above most of our year.  You too will have tremendous fortune in the future.  Olz Brookling (11A sports captain) could be the next music sensation (not like Justin Beiber though) but cooler - rocking out, or you may have an office job like an accountant. Anyway if you don't belong to this school community, this will have very little relevance.

Now that's done, I will mention the sport that occurred this weekend.  In the rugby, Ireland beat England very convincingly.  I was impressed, but I should remain impartial because I am half Irish and half English.  However, England have performed better in the competition overall.  In football, Man Utd scraped another three points by beating Bolton 1-0.  Chelsea did well against Man City to win 2-0 - still, Torres needs to prove his extravagant price tag.  Arsenal had a rather typical game of their recent form.  They drew 2-2 with West Brom - however they did do well to come back into the game.  This Wednesday is our house sports, but that's enough about sport for now.

This week ahead looks normal, but as the exams are getting imminent, I feel I need to start revising soon.  At the moment I am listening to music which actually isn't conducive to working in my opinion.  I tend to think about what I am listening to instead of it being an aid to study.

Oh Sorry, I Got The Wrong End Of The Dick...

You must have seen street performers when mooching around in towns.  Sometimes though they are quite annoying.  They may play the accordion badly, or the harmonica indifferently.  The phrase: "Jack of all trades and master of none" comes to mind.  People that busk can be quite good I suppose.  However when people expect money for things like juggling - I mean come on, all men can juggle balls ;)  The most frustrating people though are those gypsy car window cleaners that pounce when cars stop at red lights.  They spray dirty water and other shit on your windscreen.  I have tried to randomise and lighten the content of this blog because of the increasingly depressing news we receive about Libya and Japan.

How was your weekend?  For me it was quite bland and average.  However the weather yesterday was nice.  This time of year means that Comic Relief is in full swing.  That means that music artists also do something for charity.  This year "the wanted" have done the song: "gold forever" which actually is quite good, or maybe it's just catchy and works well on the radio.  For me though, it was when "the Saturday's" did the cover of "just can't get enough" which I particularly liked ;)  After all, it was the first time I saw Frankie Sandford in a video.  An important and difficult question was raised to me recently: "who is better looking, Keira Knightly or Natalie Portman?"  I couldn't answer straight away.  Can you?

As the weather is getting nicer, I am thinking about organising some cycling.  If anyone has any suggestions about where to go, please let me know.  I haven't done much in a while now and want to start some quite soon.
